The scene comes so alive, not just the landscape but the mind and emotions of the wolves. Great job Clint, getting to experience life from the animal's perspective!

Bravo! BRAVO! What perfect timing to hear my phone “ding” announcing a new story!!! I grabbed my coffee and went outside into the cool 7:00 a.m. Colorado air to read….OMG… I absolutely LOVED IT!! I was there on the bank of the stream cheering on the sisters, and breathed a sigh of relief when the brothers knew it was best to go home and wait….and then the sibling reunion…THAT was an unexpected turn of events….I could feel the elation (and relief) of the wolves through your words….*YAY*…your writing is so RICH and fun to read. Great start to my day😁

Great story. I could hear that rushing river and see the reunion between brother and sister. Can’t wait for the next install.

Oh man, I was on the edge of my seat for the crossing of the river, and then the encounter with the unknown wolf… I’m glad it had a happy ending. Very well written— and researched too! Also: not easy to get into the Mind of a wolf, but the writer shows great empathy.

You always leave us wanting more. The suspense, drama and action in each story is a great hook. I worry something terrible might happen, and that's how the 'call of the wild' (and good writing) should be. I also learned more about wolves in the wild, which also entices me into the story. Your simple yet vivid style make everything easily accessible.
